WADG has a subsidiary company located in Cote d’Ivoire called Conrad Construction.  WADG has analyzed the Ivorian market and developed a plan to make the home buying process easier for people living in Cote d’Ivoire.  WADG offers company financing to qualifying buyers.  The financing offer will require the buyer to pay a down payment of 20,000,000 cfa (assuming the purchase price of 100,000,000cfa).  After the house is completed, the buyer will pay the remainder of the balance at 6 percent payable over 15 years.  The monthly payments will be around 800,000 cfa per month.  Qualified buyers will need to have verified employment and have monthly payments sent directly to the company’s business banking account.  If for any reason the house is not constructed, the buyer's down payment will be secured by the land.  The buyer would receive the title to the land.  All land titles are ARRETE DE CONCESSION DEFINITIVE ACD
