Yes, I have worked with Ivorians and French clients whose primary accounts are located in the County they are working in primary.  Payments can be sent to the USA or Cote d'Ivoire.

This is Africa. Everything is negotiable.

HOW LONG DOES THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS TAKE?

We can build the house in 6 months.  The administration process adds to the completion date timeline.
